    Our pricing is custom tailored to each project. We request that you complete our Estimate Request Form for a quick, no obligation, all-inclusive price estimate. Our experience allows us to promptly quote and avoid least-cost pricing pitches that may disguise unforeseen or undisclosed add-ons and surprises. As a reminder. all Transcription Partners transcription is performed 100% by humans in always in the United States.
  • What is your payment policy?
    New accounts are subject to partial prepayment and balance due on receipt. Corporate and established accounts are provided appropriate terms based on credit. Bank transfer, check, PayPal, and all major credit cards accepted.
  • How do I upload a file?
    Complete our online submission form. You may drag your computer file and place it on the box or browse your computer for the file and submit it through our form.
  • What file formats do you accept?
    Transcription Partners accepts a variety of text, audio and video files: TEXT: .doc, .txt, rtf, .pdf and Microsoft Word AUDIO: mp3, .mp4, .m4a, .aac and .wav VIDEO: .mp4, .wma, .mov and .avi Preferred file formats: TEXT: Microsoft Word AUDIO: .wav VIDEO: .avi
  • What output formats do you produce?
    Our standard transcription output or production formats are Microsoft Word (.docx), Text document (.txt), Rich Text Format (.rtf), PDF, PDF/A. and Mini PDF. We will accommodate all clients requests for unique or industry-specific formats.
  • How long does it take to produce a transcript?
    Same-day, 24-hour, time-specific, or standard production is available. Standard production is 10 (ten) business days. We will always try to accomodate all time-sensitive requests at the best available rate.
